If virtually year-round sun and blue skies are for you then Dubai will tick this most important of boxes. The little rain there is tends to fall November – March but is unlikely to disturb your sunbathing. Lizards will love the rather hot midsummer days – but air-conditioning and refrigerators are always there to help you keep your cool.
